E.F. Garcia

about

Emmanuel Frederick F. Garcia is an architect with diverse experience in high rise, retail and residential architecture. 



In 2006, he completed his degree in Architecture at University of Santo Tomas. E.F. was immediately hired by Ragojos Heritage Construction Corporation as Project Architect to two call center interior fit-out projects. A few months after, he joined Cypress Bomanite Inc. to learn sales in the construction industry. A year after his graduation, he decided to join an architectural consultancy firm, PRSP Architects which exposed him to residential & commercial high-rise architecture. The firm expanded his design skills and improved his software skills.

In 2009, together with his wife, they passed the Government Architecture Licensure Examination.

E.F. joined Mkiandee Architects in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah Malaysia where he planned & designed several residential & commercial projects.


He & his wife then joined Services & Trade Company in 2010 to work with one of the finest palace designers in Brunei Darussalam and learn the ropes of classical architecture detailing. After their 1 year contract, the couple, moved to Singapore.

E.F. continued his career at Landmark Architects and at Ace Architects in Singapore for almost 3 years. In August 2012, He moved back in Manila and established his own architectural office to work on several freelance projects. After a year of freelance work, he  joined Cadiz International, a famous International design studio based in Dubai, Manila & Seattle to work with several mixed-use developments. After more than a year in the studio, E.F. was offered to work with PTI Architects based in Jakarta, Indonesia where he worked as an expat Design Architect. He and his design team managed to work on 14 mixed-use developments in and around Jakarta.

In 2018, E.F. went back to Philippines along with his family to help manage their Events Management company. Then in 2021 He started working as a Senior Design Architect Consultant at Mercurio Design Lab.
